From 1993 to 2010 – rector of the French-Russian Institute of Business Administration.
From 1997 to 2010 – Director of the Obninsk brunch of the State University of Administration.
From 2003 – Director of the Swedish Institute of Management in Russia.
From 1999 – expert, consultant, teacher at the Swedish Institute of Management. Area of interest – strategic management, change management, innovative management. He led the programs on forming strategies and carrying out changes for the government of Kaluga Region, such companies as: “Norilsk Nickel”, Research and Production Association “Saturn”, Volvo, Stora Enso, Ascona, SRC RF ORPE “Technologiya”, FGUP “Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Networks” and the range of other Russian and foreign companiesю
In 2004 – 2008 he was coordinator of the Russian-Swedish project “Formation of infrastructure of of the support of innovative activity in Kaluga Region GROW KALUGA”.
From 2004 to 2010 – Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kaluga Region, Chairman of the commission on legislative support of innovative activity.
From 2011 – Deputy of the Town assembly of the town of Obninsk.
