She obtained higher education in Kazan. In 2000 she became Candidate of Political Science. The candidate’s thesis was dedicated to the principle of subsidiarity and its implementation in the today’s Europe. She has completed a number of international programs, including Nonprofit Management (California State University, Sacramento), Venture Capital (Haas School of Business, University of Berkeley).
She started her career after studying on an exchange basis in a small-size PR agency in California. She continued in the press office of the Governor of California. Later she returned to Moscow where she worked in the international PR agency Edelman.
From 2006 to 2010 – Director for PR and Marketing, Eurasia Investment Group.
Since 2010 she has been managing the programs of increasing the demand for Russian innovative products and Russian innovative companies in “Russian Venture Company”.
